Yeacomm NR610 Outdoor 5G CPE
4.4

The NR610 is the go-to outdoor CPE for anyone who wants to put the modem right on the antenna and run Ethernet into the house. That approach eliminates the coax losses that hurt indoor modem + external antenna setups — often the single biggest performance gain in a rural install.
Typical pattern: NR610 on a pole with a clear tower line-of-sight, ~50ft of outdoor-rated Cat6 PoE back to a router inside (pfSense, UniFi, TP-Link AX, etc.). You lose the modem’s admin UI convenience but gain measurable signal quality.
Pros
- Outdoor-rated IP67 enclosure — mount directly on the mast, skip coax loss
- PoE-powered so only one cable runs back to the house
- Integrated high-gain panel antennas aimed at the tower
- Carrier-unlocked — swap SIMs between T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T
- Community-favorite for rural / cabin installs
Cons
- Modem only — needs a separate router indoors
- No Wi-Fi, no console, limited status LEDs
- Aiming requires a SINR/RSRP meter for best results
